Common use of Director of Vessels or Designee Clause in Contracts

Director of Vessels or Designee. If the issue is not resolved informally, the Union may present a written grievance to the Director of Vessels or designee with a copy to the WSDOT Labor Relations Office at xxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xx.xxx within the thirty (30) day period described above. The designee shall not be the same person that precipitated the grievance. The Director of Vessels or designee will meet or confer by telephone with a MEBA WSDOT ferries division Representative or other Union designee within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the grievance, and will respond in writing to the Union within ten (10) days after the meeting.
