DISABILITY EQUALITY. The Customer is subject to the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 as amended by the Disability Discrimination Act 2005. The Supplier shall, and shall procure that its sub- contractors, agents and personnel shall, comply with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 as amended by the Disability Discrimination Act 2005. Upon breaching the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (as amended), the Customer shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement with immediate effect by notice in writing to the Supplier and without prejudice to any other rights or remedies of either Party in respect of the breach concerned or any other breach of this Agreement.
