Common use of DISABILITY LEAVE DAYS Clause in Contracts

DISABILITY LEAVE DAYS. Whenever such an Employee is disabled through illness or injury as a result of and arising from employment with the Township as evidenced by a certificate of a physician and by qualification for Workers’ Compensation, such Employee may be granted a Leave of Absence by the Township Committee with full pay as follows: Two (2) calendar weeks for each year of service, not to exceed fifty-two (52) weeks.
