Disbursement Criteria. Instalments of the budget support will be payable to the Moldovan State Treasury, subject to fulfilment of General and Specific Conditions. Disbursement Criteria. Grantee shall submit a completed Request for Disbursement, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B, to MARBIDCO at the address specified in Section 5.01, or at any other place that MARBIDCO designates. The Request for Disbursement must include copies of invoices, bills, or other satisfactory proof of payments or amounts owed or paid by Grantee for Eligible Costs. MARBIDCO shall not disburse more than 90% of Eligible Costs for equipment and capital assets. Requests for Disbursement must be submitted by August 31, 2023, after which date the right to request Xxxxx proceeds will terminate, unless an exception is granted.
