Disciplinary Action Against Permanent Classified Employees. 1. As used herein, "disciplinary action" shall mean suspension without pay, demotion, or dismissal. 2. In addition to any disqualifying or actionable causes otherwise provided for by statute, each of the following job-related actions constitutes cause for disciplinary action against a permanent classified employee. a. Knowingly falsifying any information supplied to the District, including but not limited to, information supplied on application forms, employment records, or any other District records. b. Unsatisfactory performance. c. Neglect of duty. d. Insubordination.
