Common use of Disciplinary Response Clause in Contracts

Disciplinary Response. 1 to 3 days out-of-school suspension and/or referral to local magistrate The second violation of Level II offenses will automatically transfer the student to the Level III punishment. Infraction: Level III Verbal / Written threats, aggression or insubordination toward school district personnel Failure to report to the office upon request Failure to provide identification upon request Disciplinary Response: 3-5 days out-of school suspension effective immediately. A conference with parents will be required.
