Common use of Discipline and Discharge Grievances Clause in Contracts

Discipline and Discharge Grievances. (a) If an employee believes he/she has been unjustly disciplined, suspended or discharged, such employee and/or shop xxxxxxx may present a written grievance to the appropriate Manager within 15 calendar days of the action taken by the Employer. The employee's grievance shall be initiated at Step 2 of the grievance procedure as set out in this article.
