Discipline and Safety. The School agrees to maintain a safe learning environment at all times and to provide criteria for addressing disciplinary issues through its Code of Student Conduct that will ensure the health, safety and welfare of all students attending the school. The School shall ensure that the Code of Student Conduct is enforced fairly and that discipline is administered without regard to race, ethnicity, disability or gender, and the Code of Student Conduct is in accordance with State Board of Education administrative rules, state and federal statutes, and state and federal court decisions (including but not limited to changes adopted by the Florida Legislature from time to time, such as s. 1006.

Discipline and Safety. The District hereby delegates to the Contractor the necessary authority to supervise and to control students on the vehicles operated by her/him while they are en route under such rules as are adopted by the District, but such authorization shall not include the right to administer corporal punishment, nor the right to remove any student from a vehicle. All incidents related to discipline and safety are to be reported to the District's Transportation Supervisor and the Building Principal of the individual or individuals involved by telephone by the end of the business day in which the incident occurred and on approved forms by the end of the next business day following the day on which the incident occurred. The District will provide the Contractor with telephone numbers for the District's Transportation Supervisor and the Building Principal, with voice mail capability. The District will provide the Contractor with a report concerning the disposition of the disciplinary incident on the approved form. Copies of such forms shall be maintained for at least two (2) years by the Contractor.
Discipline and Safety. Contractor shall enforce strict discipline and good order among its employees, if any, and shall provide proper safeguards for the safe performance of the Services. If any person shall appear to be incompetent, disorderly or intemperate, in any 2 way disrupts or interferes with performance of the Services, or is in any other way disqualified for or unfaithful to his job, such person shall be removed immediately by Contractor and shall not be employed for the Services without Federal's prior written consent

Contractor shall maintain and enforce at all times a safety program covering its employees, subcontractors and other workers associated with the drilling unit and shall take all other necessary precautions, in order to perform its work hereunder in a safe manner and to avoid and eliminate any hazards present at the work site or otherwise involving Contractor's work (including, without limitation, any work involving the use of any toxic, hazardous or extremely hazardous chemicals).   • Health and Safety 16.01 The Employer, Union and the employees shall comply with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act where and when applicable. The Employer shall provide working conditions at all times which are not prejudicial to the health or efficiency of the workers. Employees are required to report to their Employer any unsafe work conditions, or violation of any safe work policies or procedures established by the Employer, or any violation of relevant safe work legislation.

  • Safety Where an employee is prevented from working at the employee’s particular function as a result of unsafe conditions caused by the inclement weather, the employee may be transferred to other work in the employee’s classification on site, until the unsafe conditions are rectified. Where such alternative is not available and until the unsafe conditions are rectified, the employee shall remain on site. The employee shall be paid for such time without reduction of the employees’ inclement weather entitlement.
