Code of Conduct means an agreement or set of rules not imposed by law, regulation or administrative provision of a Member State which defines the behaviour of traders who undertake to be bound by the code in relation to one or more particular commercial practices or business sectors;
PJM Code of Conduct means the code of ethical standards, guidelines and expectations for PJM’s employees, officers and Board Members in their transactions and business dealings on behalf of PJM as posted on the PJM website and as may be amended from time to time.
Supplier Code of Conduct means the code of that name published by the Government Commercial Function originally dated September 2017, as may be amended, restated, updated, re-issued or re-named from time to time;
NYISO Code of Conduct means the rules, procedures and restrictions concerning the conduct of the ISO directors and employees, contained in Attachment F to the NYISO OATT.
Ethics means a set of principles governing the conduct of all persons governed by these rules.
Employee Handbook means the employee handbook applicable to all employees of Infosys during the entire tenure of their employment.
Code of Ethics means a statement encompassing the set of rules based on values and the standards of conduct to which suppliers are expected to conform
Sexually explicit conduct means actual or simulated:
Employee Assistance Program means an established program capable of providing expert assessment of employee personal concerns; confidential and timely identification services with regard to employee drug or alcohol abuse; referrals of employees for appropriate diagnosis, treatment and assistance; and follow-up services for employees who participate in the program or require monitoring after returning to work. If, in addition to the above activities, an employee assistance program provides diagnostic and treatment services, these services shall in all cases be provided by the program.
Compliance Program means the program established by CNYCC to prevent, detect, and address compliance issues that arise with respect to PPS operations, projects or activities.
Student Conduct Administrator means a college official authorized on a case by case basis by the college official responsible for administration of the Student Conduct Code to impose sanctions upon students found to have violated this Student Conduct Code. A Student Conduct Administrator may serve simultaneously as a Student Conduct Administrator and the sole member or one of the members of a Student Conduct Board. The college official responsible for administration of the Student Conduct Code may authorize the same Student Conduct Administrator to impose sanctions in all cases.
Business Continuity Plan means any plan prepared pursuant to clause H5.6, as may be amended from time to time.
General Anti-Abuse Rule means (a) the legislation in Part 5 of the Finance Act 2013; and (b) any future legislation introduced into parliament to counteract tax advantages arising from abusive arrangements to avoid national insurance contributions;
PRA Handbook means the PRA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.
COGE Handbook means the Canadian Oil and Gas Evaluation Handbook prepared jointly by The Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers (Calgary Chapter) and the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy & Petroleum (Petroleum Society), as amended from time to time.
Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.
Prohibited conduct means bullying or cyberbullying as defined in this policy or retaliation or reprisal for asserting, alleging, reporting, or providing information about such conduct or knowingly making a false report about bullying.
Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children means: • Protecting children from maltreatment• Preventing impairment of children’s mental or physical health or development• Ensuring that children grow up in circumstances consistent with the provision of safe and effective care• Taking action to enable all children to have the best outcomes
Hispanic American means a person having origins in any of the Spanish-speaking peoples of Mexico, South or Central America, or the Caribbean Islands or other Spanish or Portuguese cultures and who is regarded as such by the community of which this person claims to be a part.
Improper Conduct means conduct which offers any obstruction to the deliberations of proper action of Council.
Concept Plan means the plan for the Project.
StarCompliance Code of Ethics application means the web-based application used to electronically pre-clear personal securities transactions and file many of the reports required herein. The application can be accessed via the AB network at: https://alliance-ng.starcompliance.com/.
SAP Partner Code of Conduct means SAP Group’s global policy document that provides a set of informative guidelines to enable partners to comply with good business practices which is published on SAP’s partner-dedicated website.
Apprenticeship Agreement means a written agreement or contract between the company and the person employed as an apprentice, and if he/she is a minor, his/her parents or guardian, which agreement or contract shall be approved by the secretary of a local Joint Apprenticeship Committee and registered with the registration agency.
FCA Handbook means the FCA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.
Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;
