Common use of Discipline Factors Clause in Contracts

Discipline Factors. Variations from the norm occur as a consequence of the nature of the discipline in which that assignment falls in combination with the effects of different methods of instruction (i.e., lecture and laboratory). Workload adjustments for such variations are effected by means of discipline factors attached to the assignment.
