Discipline Grievance. (a) Reason for discharge, termination or suspension shall be given in writing to the employee as well as formal warnings, with a copy to the Staff Union. Any employee(s) appearing before an Employer representative for disciplinary purposes will be accompanied by an officer of the Union. (b) An employee has the right to file a grievance claiming unjust formal warnings, suspensions, termination or discharge.
