If any model or sample was shown Buyer, such model or sample was used merely to illustrate the general type and quality of the goods and not to represent that the goods would necessarily conform to the model or sample.

Any information heretofore provided or made available to, and to be provided and made available to, Buyer or any of Buyer's Related Parties (as hereinafter defined) by or on behalf of Seller with respect to the Property was obtained from a variety of sources and Seller (A) has not made any independent investigation or verification of such information; and (B) makes no representations, guarantees or warranties as to the truth, accuracy or completeness of such information.
