Discrepancy in Test Procedure. If the Department determines the AO knowingly or intentionally permitted an Examiner to fail to properly administer a required portion of an otherwise complete test procedure, such as: omission of a required maneuver, failure to include all required parts of a test procedure (such as omission of the pre-trip inspection), failure to use an approved test route, use of an unsafe vehicle, erroneously scoring the Applicant to guarantee passing, or other action determined to significantly compromise the integrity of the test process or public safety will have the AO’s certification revoked. First Occurrence will result in termination of testing certification.

  • Test procedure The engine speed shall be gradually increased from idle to the target engine speed, not exceeding the tolerance band of ±3 per cent of the target engine speed, and held constant. The sound pressure level shall be measured during a period of operation consisting of a maintaining constant engine speed of 1 second and throughout the entire deceleration period.   • Payment Procedure (a) The Lead Securitization Note Holder, in accordance with the priorities set forth in Section 3 and subject to the terms of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, will deposit or cause to be deposited all payments allocable to the Notes to the Collection Account or Companion Distribution Account pursuant to and in accordance with the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.   • Settlement procedure 4.1. The Client has the right to withdraw his/her own funds which are not encumbered with deposit obligations or Commission payments in case of Copy Trading.

  • Move-Out Procedure Prior to either (i) the expiry of the Term, or (ii) the date on which the Resident is to vacate the Residence (detailed in Table 1 & 3), the Manager, or designate, can be requested in advance by the Resident to complete a visual inspection of the Suite to view the state of cleanliness and repair. If no request to inspect the suite is made by the Resident, the inspection will take place once the Resident has vacated the suite. In the event the Resident chooses to have the inspection completed prior to vacating the suite, the Manager, or designate, will inspect the suite and inform the Resident of potential damage and/or cleaning charges and outline what steps the student may take to mitigate charges. On vacating, all garbage and belongings of the Resident must be removed, and the suite must be cleaned to the point of restoring the suite to its original condition. Once the Resident has vacated, the Manager, or designate, will complete a documented visual inspection of the Suite. In the event deficiencies are found, the cost of cleaning the suite and restoring it to its original state may be deducted from the Resident’s original Deposit. There is a minimum cleaning charge of $25.00 and damage charges will be billed accordingly at the cost of restoring the suite to its original condition. Any items left behind by the Resident will be immediately discarded; the Residence shall not be liable to the Resident for any loss of property as a result. As with the “move-in procedures”, care must be exercised to avoid damage to doors, frames, walls, floor coverings and any other part of the Residence. The Resident is financially responsible to pay forthwith for any damage caused on moving out of the Residence.

  • Test procedures For an Asset Review, the Asset Representations Reviewer will perform for each Asset Review Receivable the procedures listed under “Procedures to be Performed” in Schedule A for each representation and warranty (each, a “Test”), using the Asset Review Materials listed for each such Test in Schedule A. For each Test and Asset Review Receivable, the Asset Representations Reviewer will determine if the Test has been satisfied (a “Test Pass”) or if the Test has not been satisfied (a “Test Fail”).
