Discretionary Fund. A fund will be provided for charities and expenditures at the discretion of the Xxxxxx in accordance with the Diocesan Guidelines for Clergy Discretionary Funds, the amount to be established in the annual budget.
Discretionary Fund. In accordance with the canons of the General Convention, and under the guidelines of the Manual of Business Methods, a Discretionary Fund is to be established.
Discretionary Fund. In accordance with the Canons of General Convention, a Discretionary Fund is to be established for charitable purposes under the Xxxxxx'x control, subject to annual audit without disclosure of beneficiaries. This is funded from gifts given to the church or the Xxxxxx for the purposes of the Discretionary Fund. Such gifts may be received at anytime or at baptisms, marriages and funerals. This shall be a parish account. This practice will be reviewed annually to evaluate its effectiveness both in terms of the needs of the Xxxxxx as well as the Wardens and Vestry.
Discretionary Fund. In accordance with the canons of the Episcopal Church, and diocesan guidelines a Discretionary Fund is to be established as a parish account but under the Xxxxxx'x sole control equal to the undesignated offering received at the celebration of the Holy Eucharist on one Sunday in each calendar month, as well as gifts given to the Xxxxxx for the purposes of the Discretionary Fund.
Discretionary Fund. In accordance with the Canons of General Convention, a Discretionary Fund is to be established under the Priest-in-Charge/Interim Xxxxxx’x sole control from special donations and gifts given the Priest-in-Charge/Interim Xxxxxx for the purposes of the Discretionary Fund.
Discretionary Fund. In accordance with the Canons of the General Convention, a parish account, known as the Xxxxxx’x Discretionary Fund, is to be established under the Xxxxxx’x control. The Xxxxxx will manage the Fund in accordance with the guidelines adopted by the Finance Committee of the Diocese. The Vestry shall provide for an annual audit of the fund by a professional auditor.
Discretionary Fund. The Newark Public Schools and the Association agree to continue the nurse’s discretionary fund. An amount of ninety ($90.00) dollars per nurse shall be made available by the Newark Public Schools in each year. This money can be utilized by nurses for supplies that are in direct support of their duties, including but not limited to health information, bulletin board supplies, posters, pamphlets, office supplies, ink for printers, medical sup- plies, and paper. Items can be shipped to the nurse’s home or their school site if they are ordered online. In any event, no payments will be made after June, each year.
Discretionary Fund. A Discretionary Fund is to be established and managed in accordance with the Canons and Constitution of The Episcopal Church, including Canon 1.7 pertaining to Business Methods in Church Affairs, as the same may be interpreted from time to time in guidance from The Episcopal Church or the Diocese of Maine about best practices in the administration of such funds.

As with all church funds, there will be a yearly audit of the fund. Checks given for the Discretionary Fund should be made payable to ABC, not the Xxxxxx, otherwise they are counted as taxable income.
