Discussions With Franchisee. The County and the Franchisee may conduct discussions regarding the information developed during this process and any potential upgrade requirements. If the County and the Franchisee agree as to whether and how the Franchise Agreement should be amended in light of this information, they may proceed to amend this Franchise Agreement pursuant to Section 6(c)(9) without the need for an Order and Response pursuant to Sections 6(l)(7) and 6(c)(8).
