Disincentive Assessment. If the Contractor fails to have all lanes, shoulders, ramps and local roads within the project limits open to safe and unrestricted travel on or before the winter shutdown period in Section IV.A, the Contractor shall be liable for disincentive assessment. The disincentive assessment charged and owing will be six thousand dollars ($6,000.00) per day for each calendar day, or part thereof, during the winter shutdown period that the project is not open to safe and unrestricted travel by the public.

Disincentive Assessment. If the Contractor fails to comply with the traffic restrictions identified in Section IV.A, the Contractor shall be liable for disincentive assessment. For each occasion in which work is performed outside the permitted time periods or for each traffic restriction violated, the disincentive assessment charged and owing shall be six thousand dollars ($6,000) per hour for each hour, or part thereof, that the Contractor is not complying with the specified times or restrictions. The Engineer will prorate the disincentive assessment to calculate the non-compliance of the 15-minute lane closure.

  • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram with the exception of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”) to be completed by the LEA, and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.

  • Self-Assessment (a) Subject to clause 4.4(b), for Services that are Self-Assessable:

  • Professional Development Reimbursement Management will provide reimbursement for approved professional development expenses for Lieutenants and Sergeants. Funds may be used for the purpose of improving job performance, maintaining and increasing proficiency, preparing Lieutenants and Sergeants for greater responsibility, or increasing promotional opportunities. Management must approve of the specific professional development request in advance. Denial will require written notification to the requesting Lieutenant or Sergeant.
