Common use of Dismissal of Current Lawsuit Clause in Contracts

Dismissal of Current Lawsuit. The ASSOCIATION will dismiss without prejudice its pending lawsuit concerning civilian oversight (case No. X-0-XX-00-000000, Xxxx. Xx. xx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx) within 10 days of the effective date of this AGREEMENT. The ASSOCIATION agrees that during the term of this AGREEMENT (including any agreed extensions) it will not file, authorize, support, or participate in any lawsuit raising any of the claims against the City that are included in the scope of its pending lawsuit concerning civilian oversight.
