Dismissal of shop xxxxxxx. Dismissal of a shop xxxxxxx must be justified by compelling reasons, and management must give the shop xxxxxxx five months’ notice of termination of his or her employment. However, if a shop xxxxxxx has held that office for an uninterrupted period of at least five years, he or she is entitled to six months’ notice. If the reason for the dismissal is shortage of work, the duty of giving notice in accordance with this provision lapses.
