Dismissal Or Other Sanction. 9.4.1 In certain circumstances, for example a failure to improve conduct or performance where a previous warning has been given or where there is an act of gross misconduct or a serious failure to perform, the disciplinary sanction may be dismissal or the Manager may take some other action short of dismissal such as disciplinary suspension without pay for up to a maximum of five working days.
