Casuals. A casual employee shall be paid a loading of 25% in addition to the ordinary rate of pay for their relevant classification.

Casuals. Casual employees shall not have an entitlement to pay or leave for public holidays. However, all work completed by a casual employee shall be paid for at the rate of double-time and a-half.

Casuals. 15.1 A casual employee is one who is engaged as a casual and is paid the casual loading specified in clause 8.1. A casual may be employed to work set hours or on an irregular basis. In either case, Shell Logistics is under no obligation to provide a casual employee with future work. 15.2 Unless otherwise stated, Part H of this Agreement does not apply to casuals.
