Dismissal Procedures for Probationary Employees. Probationary employees may be dismissed at the direction of the Board at any time during the probationary period. Upon request, the probationer shall be provided with a reason for dismissal or non-retention. Probationary employees are not entitled to a hearing afforded to permanent employees.
