Common use of Disorderly Conduct Clause in Contracts

Disorderly Conduct. Licensor reserves the right at all times to refuse admission to or to cause to be removed from the Event, the Premises and/or the Center any disorderly person, including Licensee's employees, agents, contractors, guests and invitees, as determined by Licensor in its sole discretion, and in the event of the exercise of such authority, Licensee hereby waives any and all claims for damages against Licensor and the Owner on account thereof.
