Any willful violation of these rules and regulations, obnoxious or disorderly conduct by an Owner or guest that constitutes a breach of the peace, or might cause bodily injury, damage to property, or demean the reputation of OHM shall constitute grounds for removal from OHM and immediate revocation of License Agreement.
