Common use of Dispatch Notice Clause in Contracts

Dispatch Notice. Document issued by the SUPPLIER once all agreed procedures have been followed, informing ENEL that all equipment or material, or part thereof, object of the Contract has been dispatched.  Quality Agreement: Agreement between ENEL and the SUPPLIER according to which the latter has a given responsibility on the acquisition, assuring certain quality levels previously agreed by both parties.
