Displacing into a Section Head/Technical Lead or Other Similar Position. If an employee who holds a Section Head/Technical Lead or other similar position is displaced on the basis of seniority, the more senior employee who does the displacing will not necessarily become the Section Head/Technical Lead. Similarly, the more senior employee would not receive the salary of the employee displaced.

  • Transfers and Seniority Outside Bargaining Unit No employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without the employee's consent. If such an employee later returns to the bargaining unit, the employee shall be placed in a job consistent with the employee's seniority.
