Display of Content. You shall: (i) display always in each screen page on the Implementation containing any Results and/or Content shall prominently display (next to the Content, and in a reasonably prominent size) the phrase "Powered by xxxxxxxxxx.xxx" together with a link to xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ (or a relevant sub-page inside it), and optionally the TripsGuard logo, and (ii) conspicuously inform the End User that: (a) the Results and Content posted in the Implementation are made available "as is", without any representation, warranty, guarantee or condition of reliability, availability, quality, accuracy or completeness, and (b) the End User should consult with the legal authorities and/or other official sources before making any decisions based on the Content.

Display of Content. DoorDash may not modify, obscure, delete, or otherwise disable the functioning of links to the Olo Rails API or Olo or third-party applications or websites, or change the resource associated with any link provided within any Content. If DoorDash displays the Content in a manner that violates this Restated Agreement or in a way that Olo or, where applicable, a third-party provider of such Content to Olo, finds unacceptable for any reason, or if such display disparages, damages, tarnishes, or impairs the value, integrity, or goodwill of the Content or its subjects or brands therein, Olo may require that DoorDash immediately change or cease the display of such Content. IF PUBLICLY DISCLOSED transmitted by Olo in accordance with the Rails services remains the property of the proper owners or licensors thereof. Display of Content. XYZ will not, without ABC’s prior consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, sell or place any advertising on the Co-Branded Website. XYZ shall not use any interstitials, pop-up windows, or other intermediate steps or other technology or content which acts as a barrier to the transition of a User from the ABC Website to the Co-Branded Website, nor will XYZ frame or use any other technology that in any way affects the layout of the Co-Branded Website. The Content will not contain anything that is libelous, defamatory, contrary to public policy, or otherwise unlawful, or content promoting illegal activity, racism, hate, “spam,” mail fraud, pyramid schemes, or investment opportunities or advice not permitted under the law.
