Disposition of Expendable/Non-Expendable Personal Property. The Subrecipient must obtain written authorization from the City before disposing of an item of equipment with an original cost exceeding $1,000. All proceeds from the sale of property purchased with any of these federal funds must be returned to the City. The Subrecipient agrees the City may file the appropriate legal instrument(s) necessary to protect the City’s financial interest. All office equipment and other personal property purchased in whole or in part with funds pursuant to this contract and used for the administration of this contract or in the administration of a program operated by the City shall be the sole and exclusive property of the City unless otherwise specified in PART B. Upon expiration and/or termination of any on-ongoing Agreement, the Subrecipient shall immediately return to the City said office equipment and other property unless otherwise authorized by the City.
Disposition of Expendable/Non-Expendable Personal Property. This contract provides for the acquisition of real estate property for the Subrecipient’s use in administering the services described in this agreement. Ownership of any real estate property and/or buildings acquired with funding provided under this agreement may not be sold or otherwise transferred, without approval of the City Council of the City of Wichita.
Disposition of Expendable/Non-Expendable Personal Property. This contract provides for the payment of renovation/rehabilitation of the existing real property located at 1007 X. Xxxxxxxxx, in order to provide a public facility as described earlier in this agreement. Ownership of any real estate property and/or buildings renovated/rehabilitated with funding provided under this agreement may never be sold or ownership otherwise transferred, without approval of the City Council of the City of Wichita.

  • DISPOSITION OF EQUIPMENT The Grantee shall provide to the State, not less than 30 calendar days prior to submission of the final invoice, an itemized inventory of equipment purchased with funds provided by the State. The inventory shall include all items with a current estimated fair market value of more than $5,000.00 per item. Within 60 calendar days of receipt of such inventory the State shall provide the Grantee with a list of the items on the inventory that the State will take title to. All other items shall become the property of the Grantee. The State shall arrange for delivery from the Grantee of items that it takes title to. Cost of transportation, if any, shall be borne by the State.

  • Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment Sublessee shall have the right to use during the Term the office furnishings and equipment within the Subleased Premises that are identified on Exhibit C attached hereto, as such exhibit may be adjusted by mutual agreement of the parties prior to the Third Floor Premises Delivery Date (the “Furniture”), provided Sublessee may only use the Furniture located in the Second Floor Premises after the Second Floor Commencement Date. The Furniture is provided in its “AS IS, WHERE IS” condition, without representation or warranty whatsoever. Sublessee shall insure the Furniture under the property insurance policy required under the Master Lease, as incorporated herein, and pay all taxes with respect to the Furniture. Sublessee shall maintain the Furniture in good condition and repair, reasonable wear and tear excepted, and shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the same occurring during the Term. Sublessee shall surrender the Furniture to Sublessor upon the termination of this Sublease in the same condition as exists as of the applicable Delivery Date, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Sublessee shall not remove any of the Furniture from the Subleased Premises. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Sublessee may provide Sublessor with written notice one (1) time not less than forty-five (45) days prior to the Third Floor Premises Delivery Date that lists any items of Furniture that Sublessee does not want to use and Sublessor shall, at no cost to Sublessee, remove such items from the Subleased Premises prior to the Third Floor Premises Delivery Date and such items shall no longer be considered Furniture hereunder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, provided Sublessee is not in default beyond the expiration of any applicable cure or grace period as of the date of the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease, which condition may be waived by Sublessor in its sole discretion, then upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease, the Furniture shall become the property of Sublessee, and Sublessee shall accept the same in its “AS IS, WHERE IS” condition, without representation or warranty whatsoever except as provided in the Bill of Sale referred to in the following sentence. In the event the Furniture is to become the property of Sublessee upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease pursuant to the terms of the immediately preceding sentence, then Sublessor agrees to execute and deliver to Sublessee a Bill of Sale in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto conveying and transferring to Sublessee the Furniture.

  • EXPENSES AND EQUIPMENT Contractor is solely and fully responsible for all costs and expenses incident to the performance of the Services, including any and all licensing or permit fees, instrumentalities, supplies, tools, equipment, or materials needed to perform the Services. If the District furnishes any goods, materials, or other equipment to Contractor, Contractor assumes complete liability for those goods, materials, or other equipment. Contractor agrees to promptly pay the District the repair or replacement costs for such goods, materials, or other equipment not returned to the District in a satisfactory condition, as solely determined by the District.

  • Furniture and Equipment and Certain Other Equipment The Receiver hereby grants to the Assuming Bank an option to purchase all Furniture and Equipment or any telecommunications, data processing equipment (including hardware and software) and check processing and similar operating equipment owned by the Failed Bank at Fair Market Value and located at any leased Bank Premises that the Assuming Bank elects to vacate or which it could have, but did not occupy, pursuant to this Section 4.6; provided, that, the Assuming Bank shall give the Receiver notice of its election to purchase such property at the time it gives notice of its intention to vacate such Bank Premises or within ten (10) days after Bank Closing for Bank Premises it could have, but did not, occupy.

  • Operation of Equipment The Host shall not be required to operate machinery including but not limited to lawn mowers, weed-whackers and chain-saws.

  • Required Equipment Employees are expected to be at their individual work stations with required equipment in operable condition at the scheduled shift starting time.

  • Provision and Removal of Equipment B2.1 The Contractor shall provide all the Equipment necessary for the supply of the Services.
