Property of the City. Any data or material furnished by the City to the Subrecipient shall remain the property of the City, and when said data or material is no longer needed by the Subrecipient for the performance of this Agreement, it shall be returned to the City.

Property of the City. 19.1. Originals or certified copies of the original work forms, including but not limited to documents, drawings, tracings, surveying records, mylars, spreadsheets, charts, graphs, modeling, data generation, papers, diaries, inspection reports, and photographs, performed or produced by Consultant under this Agreement shall be the exclusive property of the City and shall be delivered to the City prior to final payment. Any statutory or common law rights to such property held by Consultant as creator of such work shall be conveyed to the City upon request without additional compensation.

Property of the City. All Contract Documents prepared by the Design Consultant and its Consultants, the designs depicted in them, and any presentation materials, shall become the property of the City whether the Project for which they are made is executed or not, and the City shall hold the copyright to such documents, materials and designs. The Design Consultant shall be permitted to retain copies, including reproducible copies, of the Contract Documents for information and reference. With the exception of standard and generic details in the Drawings, the Contract Documents shall not be used as a whole, or in substantial part, by the Design Consultant on other projects. The City may use the Contract Documents in connection with the Project without the Design Consultant’s Consent, including without limitation, future additions, alterations, connections, repairs, information, reference, use, or occupancy. If so used, the Design Consultant is not responsible for their use on any project for which they were not intended.
Property of the City. All business plans, financial data, reports, memoranda, correspondence, and all other documents pertaining to the current or prospective business of the City are and will at all times remain the property of the City.
