Ongoing Agreement. This is an ongoing agreement with a termination fee If you leave within the first year. This plan will continue as an ongoing agreement unless you decide to either cancel, change to a new plan or we agree with you that we will change your plan or the plan expires.
Ongoing Agreement. If the agreement is an ongoing agreement, the agreement shall continue, and We shall continue to supply the service to You, until such times as the service is cancelled pursuant to clause 11 or 12.
Ongoing Agreement. This agreement will be perpetual and ongoing and will cover the current plan and any future NDIS plans allocated to the Participant. To minimise disruption to service during any plan change over period Plan Tracker will monitor the NDIS Portal for new plans and will then setup the new plan and budgets on the Portal and Plan Tracker systems to allow us to continue to provide Plan Management services. The Parties agree to continue this agreement until either party gives 7 days notice in writing. Plan Tracker agrees to provide Plan Management services for the period of this contract utilising your Improved Life Choices budget. The budget set out for Improved Life Choices in your NDIS plan has been allocated for Plan Management services and is provided in addition to the funds allocated to pay for your other supports. Increases to Plan Management fees will be applied inline with NDIS increases outlined in the official Price Guide. Once we receive a signed copy of this agreement, Plan Tracker will automatically invoice the NDIA for Plan Management services on a monthly basis. Plan Tracker will regularly check your satisfaction with Plan Tracker service provision. Plan Tracker will not exceed the total amount as outlined in the above section. Additional expenses (i.e. things that are not included as part of a Participant’s NDIS supports) are the responsibility of the Participant or Nominee and are not included in the cost of the supports.
Ongoing Agreement. Should negotiation for renewal not be achieved prior to the expiration of this agreement, the terms and conditions of this agreement shall continue. If at the conclusion of the agreement there is no subsequent agreement then the conditions of this agreement shall prevail.
Ongoing Agreement. (a) This is an ongoing membership agreement.
(b) The agreement will continue until either you or AAPES terminate it in the way described in this agreement.
(c) If you terminate the agreement or stop the automatic debit arrangement in a manner not prescribed in the agreement, then you may be liable to the gym for damages for breach of contract.

Ongoing Agreement. (a) This Agreement will rollover in successive agreements of one month, unless terminated by one of the parties. This Agreement shall automatically renew for a further period equivalent to the initial Term, on the Standard Terms of this Agreement.
(b) In the event the Client does not wish to renew the Agreement, they must serve an End of Term Notice no later than 30 days prior to expiry of the current Term, confirming in writing that they do not wish to renew the Agreement for a further term (“End of Term Notice”). This may be provided by letter, facsimile and/or email so long as it is in writing and confirmation of receipt is provided.
Ongoing Agreement. This is an ongoing membership agreement. The agreement will continue until either you or the supplier terminates it in the way described in the agreement. If an automatic debit arrangement is in place, membership fees will continue to be debited from your credit card or account until you or Revivify Clinic cancels the arrangement. If you terminate the agreement or stop the automatic debit arrangement in a manner not described in the agreement, then you may be liable to Revivify Clinic for damages for breach of contract.
