Dispute with Other Tenants. In the event of a dispute between Company and any other Airport tenant as to the services to be offered or products to be sold, Company shall meet and confer with the Director, who shall consider the rights and obligations set forth in the tenants’ Agreements with the City and make a determination. Company agrees to that it shall be bound by the decision of the Director.
Dispute with Other Tenants. In the event of a dispute between Concessionaire and any other Airport tenant as to the services to be offered or products to be sold, Concessionaire shall meet and confer with the Executive Director or his designated representative and, if any parties to said dispute continue to disagree with the recommendation of the Executive Director, SARAA shall determine the services to be offered or products to be sold by each, and Concessionaire shall be bound by said determination.
Dispute with Other Tenants. In the event of a dispute between Tenant and any other University tenant, Tenant shall meet and confer with the University, which shall consider the rights and obligations set forth in each tenants’ leases with the University and resolve the dispute. Xxxxxx agrees that it shall be bound by the decision of the University with respect to the resolution of any such dispute.
