Late Fees on Overdue Payments. Any payment required to be paid by Tenant, including Rent, not received from Tenant within fifteen (15) days after the due date shall accrue a late fee at an interest rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month, or the maximum amount allowed by law, beginning with the original due date until paid in full, subject to a minimum late fee of Twenty-Five and NO/100 Dollars ($25.00).

  • Interest on Overdue Payments (a) If the User fails to pay an invoice by the Due Date, the User must, if required by the Service Provider, pay the Service Provider interest on any amount outstanding.
