Disputes and Appeals. 11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. The Parties waive trial by jury, and agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Virginia, County of Fairfax.
