However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be time where our customers may not be completely satisfied. To ensure that we are able to put things rights as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will res pond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction. DISPUTES & COMPLAINTS a. In the event of any complaint that the Investing Member may have pertaining to this agreement, he/she shall inform the Manager or any of its authorized principal member of these complaints for resolution.
