Distinguished Career Service Award. The Secretary of Homeland Security or the TSA Administrator may grant this award to retiring employees with more than 20 years of Federal service who are deemed to have made significant contributions to the Federal service during their careers.

  • Service Award Named Plaintiff may apply to the Court for a service award of up to ten thousand dollars ($10,000). Subject to the Court’s approval, the service award shall be paid from the Settlement Fund ten (10) days after the Effective Date.
