Distribution and Posting. LBCCFA representatives may distribute organizational literature on District property, or leave the same for faculty members to pick up in the faculty members’ mailboxes or at designated locations, provided there is no interference with, distraction from, or interruption of scheduled duties or District business. LBCCFA also shall be permitted to post organizational materials on District bulletin boards, subject to space and time limitations as necessary to deal with excessive volume of material to be posted. LBCCFA is responsible for maintaining neatness and order with respect to such distributions and postings, and for removal of excess or outdated material. At the time of distribution and posting, a copy of the material shall be given to the Vice President, Human Resources. District supplies and materials are not to be used for organizational purposes. A mailbox shall be provided to LBCCFA.

CHI/CTA/NEA also shall be permitted to post organizational materials on District bulletin boards subject to space and time limitations as necessary to deal with excessive volume of material to be posted. CHI/CTA/NEA is responsible for maintaining neatness and order with respect to such distributions and postings, and for removal of excess or outdated material.
