Distribution Notice. (1) The Series 2024-1 Co-Owner hereby delivers, and the Servicer hereby confirms receipt of, the Distribution Notice for and in respect of the Series 2024-1 Ownership Interest. A true and complete copy of the Distribution Notice is attached hereto as Schedule 2.
(2) The Issuer Trustee or the Servicer may from time to time amend or modify the Distribution Notice for the Series 2024-1 Ownership Interest to reflect changes in the amount (but, for greater certainty, not the allocable percentage) of Additional Funding Expenses of the Series 2024-1 Ownership Interest, but, subject to any amendments made pursuant to Sections 3.3 and 6.5(1) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and Section 5.1(2)(f), will not (absent manifest error) be permitted to amend or modify the Distribution Notice in relation to the amount of Funding Costs, except upon the written agreement of the Custodian, the Servicer and the Seller.
(3) The Series 2024-1 Co-Owner shall provide written notice to the Servicer at a time when sufficient distributions have been made into the Accumulations Account to permit the Series 2024-1 Co-Owner to discharge payment obligations in respect of the Series 2024-1 Ownership Interest which are then payable.
(4) Notwithstanding any provision or requirement contained in the Distribution Notice, distributions to the Series 2024-1 Co-Owner shall not be made during the Liquidation Period if and to the extent that, as a consequence of distributions, the Unadjusted Invested Amount would be reduced to an amount less than $1,000 at any time prior to the Business Day immediately preceding the Expected Repayment Date.
Distribution Notice. At least 30 days and not more than 90 days prior to the Participant's Annuity Starting Date, the Plan Administrator must provide a written distribution notice (or a summary notice as permitted under Treasury regulations) to a Participant who is eligible to receive a Distribution Requiring Consent. The distribution notice must explain the optional forms of benefit in the Plan, including the material features and relative values of those options, and the Participant's right to postpone distribution until the applicable date described in Section 6.01(A)(2)(f). Also see Section 6.08(B) for provisions relating to a rollover notice.
Distribution Notice. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein to the contrary, not earlier than ninety (90) days, but not later than thirty (30) days, before the Participant’s annuity starting date, the Plan Administration Committee must provide a written notice (or a summary notice as permitted under Treasury regulations) to a Participant who is eligible for a distribution of his or her Nonforfeitable Accrued Benefit under the Plan (“distribution notice”). The distribution notice must include information required by the Code or applicable Treasury regulations, such as an explanation of the optional forms of benefit in the Plan, the material features and relative values of those options, the Participant’s right to defer distribution and consequences for failing to defer as may be permitted in the Plan, the provisions under which the Participant may have a distribution directly transferred to another eligible retirement plan, and the provisions which require the withholding of tax on the distribution if it is not directly transferred to another eligible retirement plan. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein to the contrary, a Participant may elect any method of payment of the Participant’s Nonforfeitable Accrued Benefit that is otherwise permitted under the provisions of this Article 6, which payment(s) commence as of any administratively practicable time (as determined in the sole discretion of the Plan Administration Committee) which is earlier than thirty (30) days following such Participant’s receipt of the distribution notice, by such Participant executing a waiver in writing of the remainder of such thirty (30) day period and delivering such written waiver to the Plan Administration Committee.
Distribution Notice. The Trustee will notify the debenture holders of the day and place of execution of any payment from among those referred to in clauses 10 and 11 above, by a prior notice of 14 days to be served in the manner specified in clause 24 below. After the day specified in the notice, the debenture holders will be entitled to interest at the rate specified in the debentures, only on the balance of the principal (should there be any such) after deduction of the amount that was paid or proposed for payment to them as aforesaid.
Distribution Notice. This Series 2019-1 Distribution Notice is the “Distribution Notice” that relates to the Series 2019-1 Ownership Interest, as contemplated pursuant to Sections 6.5 and 6.7(2)(b) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and Section 7.2 of the Series 2019-1 Purchase Agreement. The information herein constitutes part of, and should be read together with, the Series 2019-1 Purchase Agreement.
Distribution Notice. (1) The Series 1997-1 Co-Owner hereby delivers, and the Servicer hereby confirms receipt of, the Distribution Notice for and in respect of the Series 1997-1 Ownership Interest.
(2) The Series 1997-1 Co-Owner shall deliver a duly completed Funding Profile Notice to the Servicer on each Notice Date. The Series 1997-1 Co-Owner or the Servicer may from time to time amend or modify the terms of the Distribution Notice for the Series 1997-1 Ownership Interest to reflect changes in the methodology for accumulating Collections and Miscellaneous Deposits for distribution to the Series 1997-1 Co-Owner but, subject to any amendments made pursuant to Sections 3.3 and 6.5(2) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and Section 5.1(2)(f), will not (absent manifest error) be permitted to amend or modify the Distribution Notice in any manner which, in the reasonable opinion of the Series 1997-1 Co- Owner, materially reduces the likelihood that distributions will be made prior to a Payment Date in amounts sufficient to pay the Distribution Amount for such Payment Date, except upon the written agreement of the Custodian, the Series 1997-1 Co-Owner, the Servicer and the Sellers. Any material amendment to the Distribution Notice shall be subject to satisfaction of the Rating Agency Condition with respect to DBRS. The Servicer shall provide a copy of any non-material amendment to the Distribution Notice to DBRS promptly following amendment thereof.

(b) Subject to changes to the Accumulation Commencement Day made pursuant to Section 2.02(c), the Co-Owner and the Servicer will not (absent manifest error) be permitted to amend or modify the Distribution Notice, except upon the written agreement of the Seller and satisfaction of the Rating Agency Condition with respect to DBRS and, in the case of Fitch and Mxxxx’x, provided the Seller has provided such Rating Agencies at least 10 days prior written notice of such amendment or modification. The Distribution Notice will be effective until the earlier of (a) the Distribution Day on which the Invested Amount of the Series 202●-● Ownership Interest is reduced to zero, and (b) the Prescription Date.

Distribution Notice. As soon as reasonably practicable prior to the time of each Distribution of Proceeds by the Company to holders of Incentive Units pursuant to the LLC Agreement, the Company shall send a Distribution Notice to the Service Provider.
Distribution Notice. If a Claim Notice has been resolved and Buyer has not timely submitted a Payment Notice, Seller may submit a distribution notice (a “Distribution Notice”) to the Escrow Agent stating that such Claim Notice has been resolved, with a copy of such Distribution Notice delivered to Buyer and the Escrow Agent will, on or at any time after the tenth (10th) day following receipt of such Distribution Notice, distribute to Buyer from the Escrow Account the amount set forth in the Distribution Notice.
