DISTRIBUTION OF AMENDMENTS. The Manager shall distribute to all Offshore Noteholders and each Designated Rating Agency a copy of any amendments made under clause 19.1 or 19.2 under relevant Condition 12 as soon as reasonably practicable after the amendment has been made.
DISTRIBUTION OF AMENDMENTS. The Manager shall distribute to all Voting Mortgagees and each Designated Rating Agency, a copy of any amendments made pursuant to clause 30.1 or 30.2 as soon as reasonably practicable after the amendment has been made.

AMENDMENTS BINDING ON CLASS A NOTE HOLDERS 16.6 Any alteration, addition or revocation of a provision of this deed or the Class A Notes made pursuant to this clause 16 is binding on all Class A Note Holders.
