Distribution of Documentation. 1. NASA will provide hard copies, as well as digital files, of all final HAER documentation to the Library of Congress HAER collection through the NPS, to the ACHP, the SHPOs of AL, CA, FL and TX, and to the SHPOs of those states where an orbiter is displayed. Any state repository, museum, university or library may request digital copies of the final documentation. The information will also be made available to the interested public through posting on the NASA Stack Recordation website as it is completed. State SHPOs will be notified of availability of the information on NASA’s Stack Recordation website.

Distribution of Documentation. MICROBEST hereby grants in the AUTHORIZED TERRITORY, until the termination or expiration of this Agreement, a non-exclusive license, to PURITY PRODUCTS, with right to sublicense, to reproduce and distribute copies of documentation relating to the manufacture and distribution of the cleansers and custom microbial cultures that provide high performance cleaning products, as such documentation shall be provided by MICROBEST to PURITY PRODUCTS, and/or as authorized by MICROBEST, for the purpose of distributing documentation in connection with the manufacture and distribution of LICENSED PRODUCT. The parties agree that any such documentation intended to be distributed under confidentiality shall be clearly so marked, or designated, in advance by MICROBEST, and that PURITY PRODUCTS shall request in writing MICROBEST’s permission, which shall not be unreasonably denied, before distributing any such documentation intended to be distributed under confidentiality.
Distribution of Documentation. USAA shall have the right to reproduce and either physically or electronically distribute any Documentation provided hereunder: (i) solely for the use by USAA for the USAA Auto Program (or any other party permitted to use the ZAG’s Technology under this Agreement) and (ii) reproduce all such proprietary notices as ZAG has included on the original Documentation. If [***] Information has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to the omitted portions. USAA requests ZAG to furnish additional copies of any such Documentation, ZAG shall furnish a reasonable amount of such additional copies to USAA.

  • Form of Documentation Each of the Credit Documents is in proper legal form (under the laws of England, the Bahamas, Bermuda and each other jurisdiction where the Vessel is flagged or where the Credit Parties are domiciled) for the enforcement thereof under such laws. To ensure the legality, validity, enforceability or admissibility in evidence of each such Credit Document in England, the Bahamas and/or Bermuda it is not necessary that any Credit Document or any other document be filed or recorded with any court or other authority in England, the Bahamas and Bermuda, except as have been made, or will be made, in accordance with Section 5, 6, 7 and 8, as applicable.

  • Review of Documentation The Depositor, by execution and delivery hereof, acknowledges receipt of the Mortgage Files pertaining to the Mortgage Loans listed on the Mortgage Loan Schedule, subject to review thereof by Xxxxx Fargo Bank National Association, LaSalle Bank National Association, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company and U.S. Bank National Association as applicable (each, a “Custodian” and, together, the “Custodians”), for the Depositor. Each Custodian is required to review, within 45 days following the Closing Date, each applicable Mortgage File. If in the course of such review the related Custodian identifies any Material Defect, the Seller shall be obligated to cure such Material Defect or to repurchase the related Mortgage Loan from the Depositor (or, at the direction of and on behalf of the Depositor, from the Trust Fund), or to substitute a Qualifying Substitute Mortgage Loan therefor, in each case to the same extent and in the same manner as the Depositor is obligated to the Trustee and the Trust Fund under Section 2.02(c) of the Trust Agreement.

  • Reproduction of Documents This Agreement and all schedules, exhibits, attachments and amendments hereto may be reproduced by any photographic, photostatic, microfilm, micro-card, miniature photographic or other similar process. The parties hereto each agree that any such reproduction shall be admissible in evidence as the original itself in any judicial or administrative proceeding, whether or not the original is in existence and whether or not such reproduction was made by a party in the regular course of business, and that any enlargement, facsimile or further reproduction shall likewise be admissible in evidence.

  • Delivery of Documentation Contractor shall deliver to County or its designee, at County’s request, all documentation and data related to County, including, but not limited to, the County Data and client files, held by Contractor, and Contractor shall destroy all copies thereof not turned over to County, all at no charge to County. A copy of the order or consent of each governmental or regulatory authority required by law for the issuance of Fund shares will be certified by the Secretary or Clerk of such governmental or regulatory authority, under proper seal of such authority. The copy of the Bylaws and copies of all amendments thereto and copies of resolutions of the Board of Trustees of Fund will be certified by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of Fund.

  • Redelivery of Documentation If any form or certification previously delivered by a Lender pursuant to this Section expires or becomes obsolete or inaccurate in any respect, such Lender shall promptly update the form or certification or notify Borrowers and Agent in writing of its inability to do so.

  • Distribution of Written Materials Any written materials distributed by the Trustee to the Beneficiaries pursuant to this Agreement shall be sent by mail (or otherwise communicated in the same manner as Holdings utilizes in communications to holders of Holdings Shares subject to applicable regulatory requirements and provided such manner of communications is reasonably available to the Trustee) to each Beneficiary at its address as shown on the books of the Partnership. The Partnership shall provide or cause to be provided to the Trustee for purposes of communication, on a timely basis and without charge or other expense:
