Distribution of Documentation. 1. NASA will provide hard copies, as well as digital files, of all final HAER documentation to the Library of Congress HAER collection through the NPS, to the ACHP, the SHPOs of AL, CA, FL and TX, and to the SHPOs of those states where an orbiter is displayed. Any state repository, museum, university or library may request digital copies of the final documentation. The information will also be made available to the interested public through posting on the NASA Stack Recordation website as it is completed. State SHPOs will be notified of availability of the information on NASA’s Stack Recordation website. 2. Prior to public display, the orbiters and all associated elements are subject to ITAR/Export Control regulations, and documentation will have to be cleared for public release based on Department of State and Department of Commerce regulations. Recordation materials subject to ITAR/Export Control regulations will be excluded from the final documentation provided to the Library of Congress. ITAR-controlled materials may be distributed to a publicly accessible repository capable of managing classified or other secured materials (i.e., the National Archives and Records Administration).

Distribution of Documentation. MICROBEST hereby grants in the AUTHORIZED TERRITORY, until the termination or expiration of this Agreement, a non-exclusive license, to PURITY PRODUCTS, with right to sublicense, to reproduce and distribute copies of documentation relating to the manufacture and distribution of the cleansers and custom microbial cultures that provide high performance cleaning products, as such documentation shall be provided by MICROBEST to PURITY PRODUCTS, and/or as authorized by MICROBEST, for the purpose of distributing documentation in connection with the manufacture and distribution of LICENSED PRODUCT. The parties agree that any such documentation intended to be distributed under confidentiality shall be clearly so marked, or designated, in advance by MICROBEST, and that PURITY PRODUCTS shall request in writing MICROBEST’s permission, which shall not be unreasonably denied, before distributing any such documentation intended to be distributed under confidentiality.
Distribution of Documentation. USAA shall have the right to reproduce and either physically or electronically distribute any Documentation provided hereunder: (i) solely for the use by USAA for the USAA Auto Program (or any other party permitted to use the ZAG’s Technology under this Agreement) and (ii) reproduce all such proprietary notices as ZAG has included on the original Documentation. If [***] Information has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to the omitted portions. USAA requests ZAG to furnish additional copies of any such Documentation, ZAG shall furnish a reasonable amount of such additional copies to USAA.

  • Review of Documentation The Depositor, by execution and delivery hereof, acknowledges receipt of the Mortgage Files pertaining to the Mortgage Loans listed on the Mortgage Loan Schedule, subject to review thereof by Xxxxx Fargo Bank National Association, LaSalle Bank National Association, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company and U.S. Bank National Association as applicable (each, a “Custodian” and, together, the “Custodians”), for the Depositor. Each Custodian is required to review, within 45 days following the Closing Date, each applicable Mortgage File. If in the course of such review the related Custodian identifies any Material Defect, the Seller shall be obligated to cure such Material Defect or to repurchase the related Mortgage Loan from the Depositor (or, at the direction of and on behalf of the Depositor, from the Trust Fund), or to substitute a Qualifying Substitute Mortgage Loan therefor, in each case to the same extent and in the same manner as the Depositor is obligated to the Trustee and the Trust Fund under Section 2.02(c) of the Trust Agreement.

  • Reproduction of Documents This Agreement and all schedules, exhibits, attachments and amendments hereto may be reproduced by any photographic, photostatic, microfilm, micro-card, miniature photographic or other similar process. The parties hereto each agree that any such reproduction shall be admissible in evidence as the original itself in any judicial or administrative proceeding, whether or not the original is in existence and whether or not such reproduction was made by a party in the regular course of business, and that any enlargement, facsimile or further reproduction shall likewise be admissible in evidence.

  • Execution of Documents, Etc (a) Actions by each Fund.   • Certification of Documents The required copy of the Agreement and Declaration of Trust of Fund and copies of all amendments thereto will be certified by the appropriate official of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts; and if such Agreement and Declaration of Trust and amendments are required by law to be also filed with a county, city or other officer or official body, a certificate of such filing will appear on the certified copy submitted to Service Company. A copy of the order or consent of each governmental or regulatory authority required by law for the issuance of Fund shares will be certified by the Secretary or Clerk of such governmental or regulatory authority, under proper seal of such authority. The copy of the Bylaws and copies of all amendments thereto and copies of resolutions of the Board of Trustees of Fund will be certified by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of Fund.

  • PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS The Parties acknowledge that the District is required to publish the Application and its required schedules, or any amendment thereto; all economic analyses of the proposed project submitted to the District; and the approved and executed copy of this Agreement or any amendment thereto, as follows: A. Within seven (7) days of receipt of such document, the District shall submit a copy to the Comptroller for publication on the Comptroller’s Internet website; B. The District shall provide on its website a link to the location of those documents posted on the Comptroller’s website; C. This Section does not require the publication of information that is confidential under Section 313.028 of the TEXAS TAX CODE.

  • Distribution of Written Materials Any written materials distributed by the Trustee to the Beneficiaries pursuant to this Agreement shall be sent by mail (or otherwise communicated in the same manner as Holdings utilizes in communications to holders of Holdings Shares subject to applicable regulatory requirements and provided such manner of communications is reasonably available to the Trustee) to each Beneficiary at its address as shown on the books of the Partnership. The Partnership shall provide or cause to be provided to the Trustee for purposes of communication, on a timely basis and without charge or other expense: (a) a current List; and (b) upon the request of the Trustee, mailing labels to enable the Trustee to carry out its duties under this Agreement.

  • Distribution of Literature FSFSA representatives may, during non-working hours or during any breaks, distribute employee organization literature. The FSFSA agrees that nothing of a libelous, racist, sexist, obscene, or partisan political nature shall be so distributed.

  • Retention of Documents The Registrar shall retain copies of all letters, notices and other written communications received pursuant to this Article II. The Company shall have the right to inspect and make copies of all such letters, notices or other written communications at any reasonable time upon the giving of reasonable written notice to the Registrar.
