Any modification or alteration made by Buyer without obtaining such approval will be deemed a breach of this Agreement.

Digital Files. 5.1 Member shall use all Digital Files in accordance with and pursuant to the standards promulgated by JAWW for Digital Files from time to time.
5.2 Member shall not acquire any ownership or other rights in the Digital Files licensed to it, or provided to it by JAWW, or in any derivatives thereof or by virtue of any use it may make of such Digital Files regardless of whether any such rights have been registered.
5.3 Member shall not share the Digital Files provided and licensed by JAWW to Member, outside or beyond the Geographic Area.
5.4 Licensee shall not, under any circumstance whatsoever, post the Digital Files licensed or provided to it by JAWW (in part or in whole) in an online format at any time or in any manner, except as expressly allowed under the standards promulgated by JAWW for Digital Files from time-to-time.
5.5 For Digital Files created by Member in connection with JA Programmes and JA Materials owned by Member, Member shall own the Digital Files and have the right and obligation to protect and enforce the protection of the copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual rights associated with the Digital Files.
