All bargaining unit members will receive a copy of the City's Drug Free Work– Place Statement, Drug Free Work–Place Article and Drug Testing Article and will be required to sign for receipt of those copies, in which a copy of the signed article will become a permanent part of the employee's personnel file.

  • Escrow Format Specification 3.1. Deposit’s Format.
