DRUG FREE. In consideration of the execution (or renewal) of this original Lease Agreement, the Tenant(s) agree as follows: Tenant(s); any member of the Tenant’s (s’) household, guest of Tenant’s (s’), or, any other person under the Tenant’s (s’) control: A. SHALL NOT engage in ANY criminal activity, including drug-related criminal activity, on, near, or within sight of the rental premises. Drug-related criminal activity means the “illegal manufacture, sale, distribution, transportation, or use of controlled substance” [as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 802)]. B. SHALL NOT engage in any act intended to facilitate criminal activity, including drug-related criminal activity, on, near or within sight of the premises. C. WILL NOT permit the dwelling unit inside or out to be used for, or to facilitate criminal activity, including drug related criminal activity, regardless of whether the individual engaging in such activity is a member of the household or a guest. D. WILL NOT engage in the manufacture, sale, storage, transportation, use, possession or distribution of illegal drugs and/or drug paraphernalia at any location, whether on, near or within sight of the premises or otherwise. E. SHALL NOT engage in acts of violence or threats of violence, including, but not limited to, the unlawful discharge of firearms, on, near or within sight of the premises. F. VIOLATION OF THE ABOVE PROVISIONS SHALL BE A MATERIAL VIOLATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND G OOD CAUSE FOR TERMINATION OF TENANCY. A single violation of any of the provisions of this addendum shall be deemed a serious violation and material noncompliance with this Lease Agreement. It is understood and agreed that a single violation shall be good cause for termination of this Lease Agreement. Unless otherwise provided by law, proof of violation shall not require criminal conviction, but shall be a preponderance of the evidence. G. In case of conflict between the provisions of this Addendum and any other provisions contained herein of this Lease Agreement, the provisions of this Addendum shall govern.

DRUG FREE. If the School employs persons to operate commercial motor vehicles, it will comply with the requirements of the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991 (Pub. L. 102-143, Title V), regulations at 49 CFR Parts 40 and 382 and s. 1012.45, Florida Statutes (2005). The School may establish and maintain an alcohol and drug-free workplace at its own expense.
DRUG FREE. Pursuant to the requirements mandated by Government Code Section 8350 et seq., the Drug- Free Workplace Act of 1990 requires that every person or organization awarded a contract for the procurement of any property or service from any State agency must certify that it will provide a drug-free workplace by doing certain specified acts. In addition, the Act provides that each contract awarded by a State agency may be subject to suspension of payments or termination of the Contract, and the contractor or grantee may be subject to debarment from future contracting, if the contracting agency determines that specified acts have occurred.
DRUG FREE. The Grantee agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws regarding smoke-free and drug-free workplaces and shall make a good faith effort to ensure that none of its employees or permitted subcontractors engaged in the work being performed hereunder purchase, transfer, use, or possess illegal drugs or alcohol, or abuse prescription drugs in any way.
DRUG FREE. During the performance of this Contract, no firearms, controlled substances or marijuana shall be brought onto the Owner’s worksite at any time by any employees or agents of the contractor, subcontractors, or vendors. During the performance of this Contract the General Contractor agrees as follows: (i) to provide a drug-free workplace for its employees; (ii) to post in conspicuous places, available to employees and applicants for employment, a statement notifying employees that the unlawful manufacture, sale, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance or marijuana is prohibited in the General Contractor’s workplace and specifying the actions that will be taken against employees for violations of such prohibition; and (iii) state in all solicitations or advertisements for employees placed by or on behalf of the contractor that the contractor maintains a drug-free workplace; and (iv) include the provisions of the subsection in every subcontract or purchase order of over $10,000, so that the provisions will be binding upon each subcontractor or vendor. For the purposes of this subsection, “drug- free” means a site for the performance of work done in connection with a specific contract awarded to a contractor, the employees of whom are prohibited from engaging in the unlawful manufacture, sale, distribution, dispensation, possession or use of any controlled substance or marijuana during the performance of the contract.
DRUG FREE. During the term of this Agreement, the parties agree to participate in the process of coordinating, developing and Implementing a Drug and Alcohol Policy for Richland County employees, as facilitated by the Employee Participation Council. Furthermore, it is understood and agreed that the Employer will not implement the above-mentioned policy without agreement from the union.

DRUG FREE. DESIGN-BUILDER shall use reasonable efforts, throughout the term of this Contract, to prohibit the use and possession of any alcoholic or other intoxicating beverages, illegal drugs, or controlled substances while on the job or on the City’s property by all agents and employees of DESIGN-BUILDER and its Subconsultants, Professionals, and Subcontractors.
DRUG FREE. The School shall establish and maintain an alcohol and drug- free workplace, pursuant to the Drug-Free Workplace Act. In addition, if the School employs persons to operate commercial motor vehicles, it will comply with the requirements of the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991 (Pub. DRUG FREE. Illegal drugs (including prescription drugs belonging to another) and alcohol are strictly prohibited on the Site at all times. Contractor must instruct its employees, subcontractors and others for whom it is responsible that the possession of illegal drugs or alcohol while on the Site, or working on the Site under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol, will result in immediate removal of employee from all of Builder's projects. Contractor must strictly enforce this policy. Contractor failure to enforce this policy is a material breach of this Master Agreement and any Contract, and a basis for terminating any Contract as well as for terminating this Master Agreement.
