Distribution of Funds in the Collection Account. (a) On the Transfer Date relating to each Payment Date and subject to Section 5.02(c), the Indenture Trustee shall transfer, based on the information set forth in the Monthly Servicer Report, the Deficiency Claim Amount, if any, from the Spread Account into the Collection Account.
