Distribution of Other Products. Intuit and Siebert shall in good faith discuss arrangements for (a) the dixxxxxxxion of Intuit products (e.g., Quicken branded loans, Quicken desktop software products, Quicken branded credit cards, etc.) to Siebert Customers, (b) the distribution of Siebert products to Ixxxxx customers and (c) the distribution bx Xxxxxrt and/or Intuit of jointly branded products (e.g., mutual fuxxx).

Distribution of Other Products. A. Distributor will not, without INVO prior written consent, during the term of this Agreement, manufacture, aid in the manufacture, export, sell, distribute or otherwise handle competing products in the Territory or directly or indirectly facilitate or promote the distribution or sale of any competing products or hold or acquire, directly or indirectly, any participation in any organization or entity selling, distributing or otherwise handling competing products or manufacture or reproduce, in whole or in part, any Products, unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to the execution of this agreement. For the purposes hereof, "competing products" means any products similar to any of the Products manufactured by INVO or which can be put to identical or similar uses or which might compete with or hinder the sale of such Products. Non-compliance by Distributor with the provisions of this Section 9 during the term of this Agreement will constitute an incurable default under this Agreement.

  • Distribution of Written Materials Any written materials distributed by the Trustee to the Beneficiaries pursuant to this Agreement shall be sent by mail (or otherwise communicated in the same manner as Holdings utilizes in communications to holders of Holdings Shares subject to applicable regulatory requirements and provided such manner of communications is reasonably available to the Trustee) to each Beneficiary at its address as shown on the books of the Partnership.   • Distributions Generally (a) Subject to Section 7.01 respecting the final distribution on the Certificates, on each Distribution Date the Trustee or the Paying Agent shall make distributions in accordance with this Article V. Wire transfers will be made at the expense of the Holder requesting such wire transfer by deducting a wire transfer fee from the related distribution. Notwithstanding such final payment of principal of any of the Certificates, each Residual Certificate will remain outstanding until the termination of each REMIC and the payment in full of all other amounts due with respect to the Residual Certificates and at such time such final payment in retirement of any Residual Certificate will be made only upon presentation and surrender of such Certificate at the Certificate Registrar's Corporate Trust Office. If any payment required to be made on the Certificates is to be made on a day that is not a Business Day, then such payment will be made on the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Distribution Activities All distribution activities engaged in by Distributor and its Representatives with respect to the Contracts shall be in compliance with all applicable federal and state securities laws and regulations, with NASD Rules, as well as with all applicable insurance laws and regulations, including any laws and regulations related to suitability, any other applicable federal or state law, rule, or regulation, and any of the policies and procedures that NW may issue from time to time.
