Distribution of Public Outreach Materials. 1. On a schedule determined by the CITY’s ESD Director or the Director’s designee, but not greater than once per year, FRANCHISEE shall distribute public outreach materials to all of FRANCHISEE’s recent customers. For the purposes of this provision, “recent” customer shall mean any San Xxxx customer to whom FRANCHISEE provided service pursuant to this AGREEMENT within the previous twelve (12) months and “public outreach materials” shall mean written materials such as flyers, brochures and newsletters, which provide information to FRANCHISEE’s customers about waste reduction, reuse, recycling, or solid waste rules and regulations of the CITY. CITY shall notify FRANCHISEE of the distribution date at least four (4) weeks before the distribution deadline. 2. CITY will design and produce the outreach materials at CITY’s sole cost and expense, and will deliver the outreach materials to FRANCHISEE’s local office at an agreed upon date but no later than one (1) week prior to the distribution deadline. The design of the outreach materials shall be T-25893\960607 Agenda: 4/30/13 - 9 - Item: 7.2c1 American Portables such that the cost of mailing an item does not exceed the cost of first class postage (determined as of the date of the mailing). 3. FRANCHISEE may deliver the outreach materials by personal delivery, by U.S. mail postage prepaid as a xxxx insert, or by any other method approved in advance by the CITY’s ESD Director. Distribution of the materials shall be at FRANCHISEE’s sole cost and expense.

  • Distribution of Public Keys Each of Registry Operator and Escrow Agent will distribute its public key to the other party (Registry Operator or Escrow Agent, as the case may be) via email to an email address to be specified. Each party will confirm receipt of the other party’s public key with a reply email, and the distributing party will subsequently reconfirm the authenticity of the key transmitted via offline methods, like in person meeting, telephone, etc. In this way, public key transmission is authenticated to a user able to send and receive mail via a mail server operated by the distributing party. Escrow Agent, Registry Operator and ICANN will exchange public keys by the same procedure.

  • Distribution of Materials You will keep an accurate record of the names and addresses of all persons to whom you give copies of the Registration Statement, the Prospectus, any Preliminary Prospectus (or any amendment or supplement thereto) or any Offering Circular or any Preliminary Offering Circular and, when furnished with any subsequent amendment to the Registration Statement, any subsequent Prospectus, any subsequent Offering Circular or any memorandum outlining changes in the Registration Statement or any Prospectus or Offering Circular, you will, upon request of the Manager, promptly forward copies thereof to such persons.

  • Distribution of Literature FSFSA representatives may, during non-working hours or during any breaks, distribute employee organization literature. The FSFSA agrees that nothing of a libelous, racist, sexist, obscene, or partisan political nature shall be so distributed.

  • Advertising and Promotional Materials The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Vendor shall have the right to use drawings, photographs, videos or other depictions of the interior and/or exterior of the Dwelling and/or the Subdivision or any components or features thereof in any promotional or advertising materials without notice to or consent from the Purchaser being required in any manner whatsoever.

The Board recognizes that appropriate texts, library reference facilities, maps and globes, laboratory equipment, audio-visual equipment, art supplies, athletic equipment, current periodicals, standard tests and questionnaires, computers, and similar materials are the tools of the teaching profession.   • Promotional Materials In the event that the Fund or the Adviser makes available any promotional materials related to the Securities or the transactions contemplated hereby intended for use only by registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof by means of an Internet web site or similar electronic means, the Adviser will install and maintain, or will cause to be installed and maintained, pre-qualification and password-protection or similar procedures which are reasonably designed to effectively prohibit access to such promotional materials by persons other than registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof.
