Distribution of Unit Information. Unit members will have access to College bulletin boards used for employee information and campus email following procedures that apply to other employees. General distribution of NSCPA materials will be allowed in non-working areas, including campus mail, during both working and non-working hours, provided that the same shall not be disruptive. Meeting rooms may be scheduled, as available, through the College.
