District Reorganization. 885 The District will consult with CSEA in advance of implementing any
District Reorganization. The District shall consult with the Union in advance of implementing any reorganization that may cause the transfer of unit members.
District Reorganization. The representational status of CSEA and effect of this agreement during its term, in the event of any unification, unionization, annexation, merger or de-unification, or change of District boundaries or organization shall be as determined pursuant to the rules and regulations and decisions of the PERB and courts of competent jurisdiction. This agreement shall be binding upon any succeeding governing board of this District during its term.

District Reorganization. This Article shall be applicable for instances in which a school is closed, and/or the entire or part of the district is reorganized or as otherwise specified in Section G of this Article.
District Reorganization. This Agreement shall be binding upon the Board and its successor personnel and upon any District into which or with which this District or its territory shall be, in whole or part, combined or otherwise reorganized. All Association members shall be assigned and/or transferred as provided by the Illinois School Code. All rights accrued by the Association under this Agreement or under the Illinois School Code shall be assumed and recognized by the successor Board of Education. No Association member shall be adversely affected by a change in hours, wages, terms or conditions of employment in the existing Agreement (including, but not limited to, seniority, salary, fringe benefits, transfer rights, maintenance of standards, layoff and recall, and assignment provisions) as a result of any combination or other reorganization. If any unique problems created by combination or other reorganization cannot be addressed or resolved by this provision or other portions of this Agreement, then such unresolved issues shall be negotiated.
