Copies will be distributed to the Surrey Teachers’ Association and the Surrey Teachers’ Association's representative(s) in each work place by January 31 and June 30 of each year, showing seniority to the end of the previous month. b. Errors in the seniority list must be brought to the attention of the Superintendent’s office within thirty (30) calendar days of the list's publication. c. Corrections shall be effective as of the date of notification and shall be included in the next publication of the seniority list.

Posting of the Seniority List. A hospital-wide seniority list covering both full and part-time employees within the Service unit shall be prepared by the Hospital prior to the end of January and July of each year, and posted in locations where they will be accessible to all members of the Union. Copies of this seniority list shall be mailed to the Union's Regional Office as soon as they are posted as well as being provided directly to the Site Vice-President and the Chief Xxxxxxx. If an employee does not challenge her/his position on the seniority list within the first thirty (30) calendar days from the date the list was posted or within five (5) calendar days from the date of return to work, having been off when the list was posted, then the employee shall be deemed to have proper seniority standing. It is agreed that following the appeal period for the first post-representation vote seniority list, disputes regarding seniority shall be limited to the proper amount of seniority accruing since the last seniority list was posted.

  • Seniority List The Employer shall maintain a seniority list showing the date upon which each employee's service commenced. An up-to-date seniority list shall be sent to the Union and posted on all bulletin boards in January of each year.

  • Seniority Verification Process i. The new school district shall provide the employee with the necessary verification form at the time the employee achieves continuing contract status. ii. The employee must initiate the seniority verification process and forward the necessary verification forms to the previous school district(s) within ninety (90) days of receiving a continuing appointment in the new school district. iii. The previous school district(s) shall make every reasonable effort to retrieve and verify the seniority credits which the employee seeks to port.

  • Seniority Application Except under extraordinary circumstances, vacations, shifts, shift transfers and regular days off shall be scheduled with due regard for the needs of the agency, seniority, and employee preference. The state and the PBA understand that there may be times when the needs of the agency will not permit such scheduling.
