Common use of District Representative Clause in Contracts

District Representative. The District may designate a District Representative for this Project who shall assume certain activities and responsibilities attributed to the District in this Agreement. The Vendor agrees to cooperate and provide services in conjunction with the District Representative, as directed by the District.

The Vendor agrees to cooperate and provide services in conjunction with the District Representative, as directed by the DistrictServices.
