Program Management and Coordination. The District has retained a Program Manager who will act as the District’s agent to direct the Design Professional in the performance of its responsibilities. The Design Professional agrees to coordinate its work and activities with the Program Manager, and to act on the Program Manager’s instructions. The Design Professional further agrees to coordinate its work with other consultants and contractors retained by the District to work on this project or on related projects.

Program Management and Coordination. 1. There shall be two Program Executing Agencies (EAs). The Supreme Court shall be the EA for Program interventions related to strengthening the judiciary. CD shall be the EA for all other Program interventions. Each EA shall bear the overall responsibility for the timely implementation of the part of the Program for which it is the EA. 2. Both EAs shall act under the guidance of the Program Steering Committee (PSC). The PSC shall be chaired by the Cabinet Secretary. Its members shall comprise representatives, not below the rank of Joint Secretary, from the Prime Minister’s Office, Office of the Registrar, ACC, JSC, MLJPA, Economic Relations Division of MOF, Finance Division of MOF, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Shipping, Ministry of Establishment, Ministry of Information, Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation Division, and Planning Commission. Other members such as from the Public Service Commission or from line Ministries shall be co-opted as necessary. The Program Coordinator of CD shall be the member-secretary of the PSC. The PSC shall meet whenever necessary, but in any case not less than once every quarter, to (a) provide policy support; (b) oversee Program implementation and progress; and (c) facilitate cooperation and coordination among all relevant agencies.

(5) Terminate the contracts of community service providers who are not performing services according to the standards of contract (not fulfilling goals of program). (6) Ensure that all reports, correspondence, budgets, and budget expenditures are submitted in the format provided by the AAAPP/DOEA. (7) Ensure that all forms and databases are completed and submitted appropriately. (8) Respond to any necessary follow up activities requested by the AAAPP. (9) Ensure that all programs have a sign in sheet. The sign in sheets must include: Date, Time, Name of event, Participant names (with signatures), and person instructing program. A sample sign in sheet is provided in the contract. (ATTACHEMENT XII). If a program requires specific forms and sign in sheets to be used under their license agreement, please use those required program forms. The organizations utilizing the Stanford University evidence-based disease prevention and health promotion programs will need to utilize the NCOA approved forms (i.e. sign in sheets and participant data collection forms). These are the programs which will be entered into the NCOAforce database. (10) Comply with all Notices of Instruction as set forth by the Department of Elder Affairs as it pertains to Title III D.
