District Representative. The DISTRICT shall appoint a representative authorized to act on the DISTRICT's behalf with respect to the PROJECT. The DISTRICT or its authorized representative shall render decisions in a timely manner pertaining to documents submitted by the ARCHITECT. ARCHITECT shall consult with authorized employees, agents, and representatives of DISTRICT relative to the design and construction of the Project.
